As Head of Strategy, Farah ensures that OMD’s product and talent deliver on the agency’s promise of being strategic, performance-led and innovative partners. She also ensures the consistency in OMD’s output, leveraging data and insights to devise powerful strategies, all of which ultimately helps our clients to excel.
Farah started her career as a planning executive and grew over the course of 9 years to become a Business Unit Director. Throughout her tenure, she has worked across multiple businesses and sectors. Her hard work, dedication and strategic thinking have been recognized with several accolades, including for Sustained Performance in 2009, Business Excellence in 2014, OMDer of the Year in 2015 and Internal Partnership in 2016. Her passion for building brands and producing innovative solutions have culminated in her successful growth within the agency, including her appointment as Head of Strategy in 2016.
